What is the Event Cancellation Policy?
FSI reserves the right to cancel an event due to any circumstances that, in FSI's sole judgment, make the event non-viable. If FSI cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, FSI has the right to either issue full refunds or transfer registrations to the same event at the new, future date. Aside from the registration fee, FSI will not be responsible for reimbursement of any participant expenses related to the cancellation or postponement of an event.
